Job Description

You have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and hold a BE / B Tech / MCA degree. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the health of Blue Yonder TM, TP, Freight Auction, Approval Chain applications, and taking necessary actions. This includes monitoring CPU, memory, scheduled tasks, etc. Additionally, you will plan and implement TM/TP/FA Patch/Hot Fix/Upgrades as per the latest BY Releases, and resolve server & application security vulnerabilities within BY TMS Servers. You will be required to open and manage cases with Blue Yonder, manage Firewall Rules, and troubleshoot technical problems within IT service agreement levels. Furthermore, you will communicate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on problem resolution, measure, control, and improve service offerings, and participate in root-cause analysis of technical incidents. The role also involves working on multiple problems or projects simultaneously and requires a self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (IT), Information Systems, or a related field, along with 5 years of progressive IT experience in application development & support. You should have technical knowledge of Blue Yonder Transportation Management Solution, experience in troubleshooting challenging BY TMS/FA/APPROVAL Chain issues, and familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and MYSQL. Knowledge of Infrastructure support activities, SQL queries, and development/debugging experience in the Blue Yonder TMS product ecosystem is also essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of data structure formats like XML, JSON, EDI, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), messaging concepts, SOAP, WSDL webservices, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure Devops. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, dedication, good attitude towards work, self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership for deliverables are key attributes for this role. The candidate should be able to work independently on assigned tasks, lead system initiatives, and provide support as required. The job location is in Bangalore, and the shift involves multiple shifts on a rotational basis, including regular shifts, weekend support, and on-call support during weekdays for priority issues.
