This is a key role for the New Energy business, where the individual will ensure the testing & validation of EV Chargers of different ratings, Home Energy Products (AC to DC, DC to DC & DC to AC) and shall have a strong technical background in power electronics. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Testing and Validating the EV Chargers & Home Energy Products ( AC to DC, DC to DC & DC to AC) and evaluating product performance Validating the product as per the Specification and Design validation. Supporting development team by sharing the validation inputs Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, software engineering, hardware design, and manufacturing Preparing test reports in line with the Specifications Handling shifts for witnessing continuous testing Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, software engineering, hardware design, and manufacturing. Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Related Diploma /technical discipline. Experience Needed for the Position: 2-3 years of experience in Product Validation & Verification . Skills / Competencies Needed for the Position: Hands on Experience on Electronic circuit design and validation . Experience with Off Board & On Board charger charging technologies, Load management & Integration and Battery Management Systems (BMS) Knowledge on CAN Protocol and Simulation tools Experience with Li Ion Battery Charging technologies Must possess a positive attitude and professional image with impeccable business ethics. Must Honor the company policy and maintain best practices.
