Technical Sales Professional

The job involves end-to-end sales responsibilities with complete ownership of the process, including opportunity qualification, directing backend sales development teams, effective product positioning, driving product demos, pricing & commercial negotiations, ensuring a healthy funnel, accurate forecasting, representing Rebaca at industry events, and managing executive-level relationships. You will be expected to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the accounts, from middle to senior management, including CXOs. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, sales pipeline development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and identifying business opportunities by driving market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. Regular activities will involve developing forecasts and reporting to management. The preferred candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling 5G/4G/ORAN/Networking or telecom products with an understanding of the 5G Architecture. Expertise in Telecommunications Technologies, Architecture, Testing methods, 4G/5G networks, 4G/5G Core, and 5G Test and measurement tools is required. A proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets is essential. Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques, Sales Process Understanding with a winning mindset, and the ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions are highly valued. Moreover, proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning is key to success in this role. This full-time position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal and requires a minimum of 6-10 years of experience. The annual salary range is between 7.5 to 12 lakhs. The job location can vary and might include Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.,
