Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced On-Field Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in polymer compounds. This role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of polymer compounds and their industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, contact, and visit prospective customers to promote and sell polymer compounds. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Sales Planning: Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
Product Presentation: Provide detailed product information to customers, explaining the benefits, applications, and technical specifications of polymer compounds.
Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and field reports for regular review.
Education: Polymer Industries /Plastic Engineering Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Lead Generation, Convincing Skill.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of polymer compounds and applications in industries such as automotive, construction, packaging, etc.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
