Role Overview:

Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales opportunities in assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, distributors, and end-users.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in line with company objectives.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (application engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Regularly update CRM with enquiries, leads, and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

  mandatory.

• 25 years of experience

  in technical sales, preferably in

  linear motion products, bearings, machine tool components, or automation solutions

  .
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems and industrial automation.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and explain them to customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
