Key Responsibilities: Perform calibration and accuracy testing of energy meters, relays, SMPS, and other electrical products. Set up and operate standard calibration and testing instruments such as reference meters, power analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters. Interpret test data, document results, and maintain calibration records as per quality standards. Ensure that all products meet defined specifications and tolerance limits before dispatch. Troubleshoot basic issues in product calibration and assist the R&D or production team in corrective actions. Maintain calibration equipment in good working condition and ensure timely re-certification. Adhere to ISO, NABL, or other relevant standard operating procedures during calibration. Support internal and external audits by maintaining traceability and documentation. Assist in preparing and updating calibration work instructions and quality checklists.
