Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for Engineering graduates to join us as Sales Engineers in various regions of Tamil Nadu. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for extensive field work, interacting with customers, and driving business development. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to travel within your assigned region are essential for this role. Candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Travel within the assigned region in Tamil Nadu to generate and follow up on sales leads. - Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions. - Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships. - Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions. - Meet sales targets and provide regular sales reports. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Candidate Requirements: - Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline. Mechanical Engineers preferred. - Experience: 02 years (Freshers with sales interest are encouraged to apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to work in field conditions. - Male candidates preferred due to extensive travel and field work. - Willingness to be based and work in any region within Tamil Nadu. - Travel frequently within the assigned area.
