Technical Sales Engineer

We are hiring Engineering graduates for the role of Sales Engineer to work across various regions in Tamil Nadu. This role involves extensive field work, customer interaction, and business development. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to travel within their assigned region. Male candidates preferred due to nature of field work. Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel within the assigned region in Tamil Nadu to generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline. Mechanical Engineers preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with sales interest are encouraged to apply).
• Other Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in field conditions.
• Male candidates preferred due to extensive travel and field work.
• Ready to be based and work in any region within Tamil Nadu.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned area.
