Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate technical product knowledge, and provide customized solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our products/services and client needs, ensuring a smooth pre-sales and post-sales experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Client Configuration: Customize and configure product offerings based on specific client requirements. Technical Explanation: Clearly and confidently explain technical features, benefits, and value propositions to clients. Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any technical queries or updates. Client Support: Address new client inquiries and provide seamless support. Direct Client support: Welcome and attend the visiting clients, ensuring a professional and informative experience. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like production, support, and operations to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, configuration details, and follow-up actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field. Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude to grasp product functionalities and client applications. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
