As an Applied R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Product & Engineering, Subscriber Signaling and Policy - Registers team. You will focus on deepening your understanding of Subscriber Data Management, protocols, and the latest cloud and software technologies. JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for business generation including sourcing of Securitization deals form the Market. Close interaction with Originators/Counter Parties/Arrangers. Detailed Analysis of securitization deals including Financial Statement Analysis, Portfolio Analysis and Market Referencing. Presenting deals to the Committee/Approving Authority 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Business Generation/Sourcing of deals Balance Sheet analysis of the entity under consideration for Securitization Capturing relevant details from the documents and data entry for big ticket deals Credit Analysis -Portfolio analysis, static pool analysis, past trend and behaviour analysis Analysis of the data, deriving various ratios and related calculations Good at presentation to committees for transaction approval Coordinating with Originators/Arrangers/Trusts/Rating Agencies Checking on various parameters like Credit Ratings, Promoters, Group Companies etc and sharing observations. Close coordination across inter department. 3. REVELANT EXPERIENCE 4-8 years of experience in plotting and analysis of financials, P&L, BS. Past experience in Securitization (PTC/DA), Data /Credit Analytics etc shall be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibility: Review of applications e.g. PAN, DSC, applications, etc. prepared by junior staff of the team; Assistance in preparation/review of income-tax submissions/ compilations for assessment/appellate matters. Assistance in representation before the income-tax authorities; Review of capital gains statements/working, calculation of dividend stripping working, etc. Review of certificates/remittance letters (including Form 15CB, etc.) for enabling remittance of amount by FPIs Engage in regulatory assignments such as registration with regulatory authorities and advisory assignments (such as FEMA, Banking/NBFC/Insurance guidelines, etc.). Review of regulatory applications e.g., NBFCs, PPI, Banking Applications, etc Engage in technical research on latest case laws and circulars Preparing memos and presentations for advisory assignments Accountable for adherence with internal risk management of the firm; Assist senior members of team on prospective client pursuits Keep track of timely billing for the clients, timely payment, TDS certificates, etc. Attend external trainings and keep updated with the latest developments Supervise effectively junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work Play a significant role in knowledge sharing Be up-to-date on developments in income-tax and regulatory space- FEMA, NBFC, Insurance Regulations, etc. Desired Qualification Experience & Skills: Qualified CA, 3-7 years of experience in Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI).
