Job Summary: As an Equity Research Analyst” you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating market trends, and providing investment recommendations to assist management in making informed decisions related to equities. This role focuses on raising capital through primary market instruments (IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments, QIPs, etc.) for both listed and unlisted companies. The ideal candidate should have experience working with HNIs, family offices, PE/VC firms, and institutional investors in the context of primary market transactions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential investors for primary market transactions, including HNIs, family offices, PE/VC firms, and institutional investors. Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with client objectives and market conditions for IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, and other equity offerings. Collaborate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and company management on transaction structuring and documentation. Build investor confidence and engagement by sharing key updates on company performance, industry trends, and investment rationale. Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and presentations to market primary offerings. Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, offer documents, and other capital-raising materials in collaboration with relevant teams.
