Technical Recruiter / IT recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End IT Recruitment:

  Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a primary focus on

  Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

  roles.

• Client Interaction:

  Work closely with delivery/account managers and maintain regular coordination with client stakeholders from

  Capgemini, Wipro

  , or similar MNCs.

• Requirement Analysis:

  Understand and analyze job requirements thoroughly before initiating the sourcing process.

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social platforms (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals to source suitable candidates.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical and cultural fit, schedule interviews, and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.

• Offer Management:

  Handle negotiation, offer rollout, follow-ups, and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

• MIS & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate and updated reports using Excel and ATS tools; share daily/weekly progress with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years

  of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , specifically in

  Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

  hiring.
• Prior experience working on

  Capgemini, Wipro

  , or other Tier-1 IT client accounts is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong understanding of current IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in using ATS, Excel trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced delivery environment.
  
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills with both candidates and clients.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing firms or consulting environments.
  
• Familiarity with target-based delivery metrics (TAT, pipeline ratio, etc.).
  
• Immediate Joiners or candidates with

  15 days or less

  notice preferred.
