Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for technology solutions (web, mobile, or enterprise applications).
Collaborate with product owners and clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Create and maintain project documentation: timelines, work breakdown structures, sprint plans, etc.
Manage resource allocation and team performance to ensure deliverables are met.
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; take corrective measures.
Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team for technical inputs during pre-sales, proposals, and estimations.
Act as the main point of contact for client communication and project updates.
Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings (Agile/Scrum methodologies).
Monitor project KPIs: velocity, budget burn, resource utilization, and delivery quality.
