Role : Technical Project Manager AI Projects - Contract Duration : 3 Months Experience : 8+ Years Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Note : This would be a contract role and immediate joiners are preferred. Please apply only if your are interested for the contractual role. Core Responsibilities Vendor Leadership • Source, evaluate, and manage AI partners (LLMs, CV, GenAI, etc.). Negotiate scope, SLAs, and milestones that map to Foundation priorities. Project Ownership • Run 2-3 concurrent AI projects with lightweight, outcomes-focused plans. Define clear deliverables, risks, and acceptance criteria; keep timelines on track. Technical Oversight • Review model choices, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows with vendors. Validate results for scalability, security, and alignment to product vision. Cross-Functional Sync • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to lock requirements, hand-offs, and integration points. Surface trade-offs early and drive decision-making. Compliance & Ethics • Embed privacy, security, and responsible-AI checks into every sprinteven when moving fast. Stakeholder Reporting • Provide crisp weekly updates on progress, blockers, and key learnings to founders and execs. What Were Looking For 8+ years total experience in tech project delivery, consulting, or vendor management, including 2+ years leading AI/ML initiatives. Proven grasp of applied AI/ML (LLMs, computer vision, MLOps, model evaluation). Track record of steering external vendors or partners to successful outcomes. Comfort operating in ambiguityable to simplify, prioritise, and execute quickly. Solid project-management toolkit; Agile or Lean Startup exposure preferred. Exceptional communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to independently vet technical approaches and propose improvements. .
