Technical Pattern Master

As a Technical Pattern Master in the Garment Industry at ZYOD, you will play a key role in our dynamic product development team. Your primary responsibility will be to translate design concepts into precise and production-ready patterns, ensuring optimal fit, construction, and material utilization. Utilizing your expertise in garment construction, grading, and CAD/CAM software, you will support the entire product lifecycle from initial sketch to bulk production. In this role, your key responsibilities will include developing precise and accurate patterns for a variety of garment styles, conducting fittings to ensure optimal fit, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing material usage for cost efficiency. You will also be responsible for creating detailed technical specifications, conducting quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting pattern-related issues during sample development and bulk production. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Garment Technology, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive experience in technical pattern making within the garment industry. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Gerber AccuMark, Lectra Modaris, or Optitex is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
