Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide application support for RPG applications running on AS400.
Manage incident, problem, and request fulfillment for AS400 applications.
Independently own and deliver support for the application, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement required changes or enhancements to the current application.
Analyze application issues and provide solutions or improvements to enhance functionality.
Utilize TURNOVER for change management and track changes effectively.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders and provide timely updates on application status.

Experience Requirement:

6-8 years of experience with RPG programming language and AS400 application support.
Extensive experience with Synon/COOL:2E for application development and enhancement.
Experience using TURNOVER for change management.
Proven track record in incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to enhance and support legacy applications independently.
