The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor the engineering team, and work cross-functionally to design scalable, high-performance solutions infused with the power of AI and Generative AI wherever applicable. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of software projects in collaboration with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams. Architect and develop scalable backend solutions using Node.js and Python, with cloud deployments on AWS. Explore and integrate AI/ML models to solve business problems and automate intelligent workflows. Guide the team with strong code standards, peer reviews, and technical mentorship. Work on enhancing APIs, microservices, and backend performance with middleware concepts, async patterns (Promises, async/await), and unit testing. Identify opportunities for innovation using GenAI, data analytics, and automation. Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve product efficiency and development lifecycle. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development and API design. Solid experience with Python and understanding of core Machine Learning concepts. Familiarity with databases: NoSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB. Good understanding of DevOps tools and infrastructure: Docker, ECS, EC2, Jenkins. Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
