Technical Implementation - Operations Analyst

As a Technical Implementation Specialist within the Client Onboarding and Services (COS) group, you will coordinate all aspects of product implementation setups. You will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Your role involves collaborating with tech teams and facilitating client discussions to understand requirements. Exhibit ownership and client satisfaction, manage clear expectations and timelines, communicate status updates to partners/clients, demonstrate creative problem-solving, adhere to policy and procedures, escalate and resolve issues promptly, record observations and escalate as needed, identify gaps and recommend solutions, handle multiple requests simultaneously, manage conflict and mobilize resources, assist in product setup per requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include effective verbal and written communication, logical analysis with attention to detail, efficient management of multiple work requests, testing on mainframe or file systems, understanding of system, regression, or UAT testing, holding an engineering degree with relevant experience, willingness to work evening/night shifts.
