Technical Content Writer

The below mentioned roles and responsibilities are required:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, content creator, or similar role in IT services Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals and service guides.
• Create content for blogs, whitepapers, FAQs, and support articles to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Optimize content for SEO without compromising technical accuracy.
• Proficiency with documentation tools.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to gather and validate information.
• Research industry trends and competitor content to stay current and ensure content relevance.
• Maintain and update documentation based on service updates and customer feedback.
• Ability to understand complex information and communicate it simply and accurately.

5 Days working and Local candidates are preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
