Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging blogs, service pages, News articles, eBooks, product descriptions, and knowledge base content for our products and services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in writing technical content, the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content, including case studies, blog posts, how-to guides, FAQs, and eBooks.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gather information.
• Simplify complex technical information into easily understandable content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all technical content.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.
• Update existing blogs as per the trends periodically.
• Follow brand guidelines and the voice of the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in technical writing or content development (freshers with strong writing skills with proof of work may also apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts (marketing, AI, cloud, B2B, SaaS, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
