  • Responsibilities:

  • Cost Optimization & IT Leadership:
  • Suggest strategies to reduce IT and business operation costs without compromising on performance or quality.
  • Lead initiatives that help improve the operational efficiency of IT systems.
  • Training & Employee Development:
  • Organize and drive training sessions to improve employee skills, focusing on areas that contribute to future organizational growth.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the latest technologies and tools for success.
  • Talent Management & Business Operations:
  • Conduct research on talent management practices to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee business operations to ensure they are in line with organizational growth and market needs.
  • Business Architecture & Systems Guidance:
  • Provide business architecture and systems design guidance to ensure that technical solutions align with business strategies.
  • Work closely with other leaders to create architecture models that reflect organizational goals.
  • Security, Compliance, and Support:
  • Ensure that business systems are secure, comply with regulations, and support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Create and maintain compliance structures, such as data storage, metadata management, and change management processes.
  • Design & Architecture:
  • Design High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for systems, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly.
  • Play an active role in coding complex features, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
  • DevOps & Cloud Implementation:
  • Manage and support the DevOps process to ensure smooth integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Utilize DevOps cloud environments for continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
  • Team Leadership & Communication:
  • Lead technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 12+ years of total experience in IT, with significant hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Strong background in backend development, cloud-based infrastructure, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in designing HLD and LLD to guide the development of complex systems.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams to successful project delivery.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects in a billable (client-facing) role.
  • Compliance & Security Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance architectures like data storage, metadata management, and change management.
  • Billable Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluating IT processes and business functions: Suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Architectural Design: Create business architecture models that reflect organizational goals and strategies.
  • Systems Engineering Evaluation: Identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities in systems, recruiting processes, and accounting models.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Work Environment:
  • On-site: Open to working from the office and being hands-on with the delivery of projects.
  • Client-Facing: Responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
