Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at Netweb Technologies India Limited, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts for permanent and contractual IT roles across various domains. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will define job requirements and hiring strategies to attract top technical talent. Your role will involve sourcing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, managing interview coordination and feedback collection, leading offer negotiation and candidate onboarding, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting background verification processes. Additionally, you will deliver regular reporting and insights to hiring stakeholders, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address hiring demands efficiently. Working within the Global Talent Acquisition function, you will be a key player in managing high-volume IT hiring in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment. Your role will also involve close collaboration with IT hiring managers, HR business partners, and regional recruiting stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle IT recruitment. Demonstrated experience in hiring across technical domains such as cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc., in a global or high-growth organization is preferred. Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
