In this role, you will partner with our clients to understand their specific needs and identify top talent for their open positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies Conduct in-depth candidate searches using a variety of online and offline resources Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for open positions Prepare interview guides and schedule interviews with hiring managers Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools Qualifications: Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle Excellent sourcing skills and ability to identify top talent Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) A positive and results-oriented attitude Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries Fast-paced and dynamic work environment Chance to make a real impact on our clients' businesses Why Join Us?
