Job Description

BE / Diploma in Electronics with 4-5 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the department/team. Allocate tasks and monitor work schedules to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. Provide training and guidance to team members. Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs. Identify and escalate issues or bottlenecks affecting output or quality. Ensure timely reporting of daily output, downtime, rework, and resource usage. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams as required. Maintain documentation and records as per company policies. Promote a safe and clean working environment.
