Role & responsibilities Manage a team of voice process professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity. Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to improve communication skills, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities. Analyze team metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with any Degree. Min 1yr Exp as Trainer/ TL/ QA Good Command over English Hindi
