Team Leader Network Management

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless Access Points (APs). It is mandatory to have knowledge of at least two technologies among SD-WAN, NSX, ISE, and Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), as well as hands-on experience with at least three OEM technologies such as Cisco ACI, Array/Radware LB, VMware-NSX, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Juniper Devices. A strong understanding of subnetting and experience with networking protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP are required. Basic knowledge of Linux OS is preferred. You should have experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools, possess good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to analyze network traffic to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Experience in the BFSI sector will be advantageous, and experience working in Data Centre environments is preferred. Providing technical support to Application teams for joint issue resolution, proficiency in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) preparation and documentation, configuring and installing new equipment in the network infrastructure, maintaining network services and security policies, implementing and enforcing acceptable user policies, monitoring and controlling user access to network resources, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations, evaluating network designs, providing improvement recommendations, and developing and implementing disaster recovery plans are all part of the role. The required skills include holding a CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or equivalent certification, with additional certifications in VMware and Load Balancers being an added advantage. Expertise in routing protocols, SD-WAN technologies, and OEM solutions, as well as experience in network security and compliance implementation, are essential. The educational qualification needed is a B.Tech / B.E. (IT) / BCA / MCA or equivalent.
