Job Title: Team Leader/ ATL Job Description: We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of 20-25 associates, ensuring daily operational goals are met and providing excellent customer experience. The role involves handling escalations, motivating the team, evaluating performance, and addressing operational issues. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions Monitor performance and conduct regular evaluations Plan team schedules and resources Manage customer complaints and escalation calls when needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Application Question(s): What is your current location dehradun ?
