About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of on-paper experience as a team leader in a fast-paced environment and possess solid expertise in managing attrition and shrinkage effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
Monitor and manage team performance metrics including attrition and shrinkage
Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce absenteeism
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
Address team concerns, ensure high levels of engagement and morale
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader
Strong understanding of attrition management and shrinkage control
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
