Team Lead

You are a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Team Lead with a strong technical background in Node.js and experience in leading a development team. You will be responsible for driving the backend development of an enterprise-grade SaaS platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of the application, and mentoring junior developers. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of Node.js developers, providing technical guidance and support, planning and managing backend development projects, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of server-side components using Node.js, leading the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, managing SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance, implementing security best practices, collaborating with frontend developers and other stakeholders, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance processes, staying updated with industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to the development process and architecture. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development with Node.js, including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Additionally, you should be proficient in Node.js, Express.js (With Type Script Experience), have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
