Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day communication with users and be their primary point of contact. Work closely with matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to grow and engage the Tamil-speaking user base. Assist in developing strategies for onboarding, supporting, and upskilling matchmakers and content creators. Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback and support the launch of new features. Support micro-influencers within our ecosystem and drive activities like matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows. Stay updated with the latest social media trends to bring fresh ideas that improve user engagement. Ensure a vibrant and positive user experience for the Tamil-speaking community.Requirements: Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) and a strong understanding of Tamil culture and trends. Interest in user engagement, community building, or operations in app-based platforms. Ability to communicate with users and creators in a professional yet friendly manner. Active on social media and aware of trending content, creators, and regional preferences. Willingness to learn how to work with content creators and support community growth. Basic understanding of user behavior and interest in analyzing simple engagement metrics. Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through. Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and working with different teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
