As a People Scout – Security Workforce Champion , you won’t sit behind a desk. You will scout talent , inspire youth , mobilize manpower , and build a force of uniformed professionals who safeguard the nation’s progress. This is not just a recruitment job. This is nation-building at the grassroots level. What You’ll Do 1. Talent Hunting & Rural Networking Travel to villages, towns, training academies, and bus stands to source security talent . Build strong local influencer networks: ex-servicemen, panchayat heads, colleges, police stations, veterans, and more. Create a positive G4S image across rural job seekers. 2. Candidate Engagement & Screening Speak to candidates about life-changing benefits of joining G4S: Timely salary | PF/ESI | Training | Career growth | Uniformed dignity Screen for physical criteria: height, grooming, discipline, attitude, communication. Verify Aadhaar, PAN, education, and bank documents. 3. Sourcing Campaigns & Local Drives Plan and conduct roadside hiring camps, village sabhas, and job promotion drives. Distribute leaflets, posters, referral slips, and digital recruitment messages via WhatsApp/local groups. Create a buzz around G4S as the most trusted employment brand in the security sector . 4. Mobilization & Joining Organize and personally accompany batches of selected candidates to the training or joining centers. Coordinate stay, travel, documentation, and ID generation. Minimize dropouts and maximize joining-to-retention ratio. 5. Reports, Tracking & Communication Maintain candidate logs, attendance records, drop-out insights. Submit weekly performance reports via mobile/HRMS apps. Attend HUB/Zonal team calls and reviews regularly. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cricket Talent Hunt Officer to identify, recruit, and develop young cricketing talent for our Coprorate Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting, assessing, and nurturing talented cricketers to feed into our development programs (Playing and Cricket Management Duties). Key Responsibilities: - Identify and scout talented young cricketers through: - Matches and tournaments - Trials Matches and open days - Referrals from coaches, schools, and clubs, university, companies & open - Assess and evaluate player potential using standardized criteria - Develop and maintain relationships with: - Schools, College, Univesities, Coproate Company, Academey and clubs - Coaches and scouts - Parents and guardians - Recruit and select talented players for team development in District/State/National - Monitor and track player progress and development - Collaborate with coaches and support staff to provide holistic development opportunities - Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent identification and development Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in cricket talent identification and development - Proven track record of identifying and developing talented cricketers - Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, tactics, and strategies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or a related field Nice to Have: - Level 2 or higher cricket coaching qualification - Experience working with young players (U16-U19 & Open) - Knowledge of Cricket Skills - Familiarity with talent identification Skills: - Analytical and observational skills - Communication and interpersonal skills - Organizational and time management skills - Adaptability and resilience - Passion for cricket development and talent identification Location-Mumbai,Pune,Lucknow,Bengaluru,Chennai,Kolkata,Hyderabad,Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh
