Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.
Independently lead the full lifecycle of recruitment activities.
Provide strategic direction on attraction and sourcing strategies in partnership with Sourcing teams.
Anticipate and address stakeholder challenges with sound judgement and timely escalation when necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to candidate status and requisition tracking across recruitment platforms.
Proactively manage future hiring demand and workforce planning.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment delivery, ideally within a defined market sector.
Strong understanding of diverse attraction techniques and sourcing methodologies (e.g. web-based sourcing, networking, database mining, advertising).
Hands-on experience with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Flexible to work in UK/US/APAC/EMEA Shifts
