Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Independently lead the full lifecycle of recruitment activities.
  • Provide strategic direction on attraction and sourcing strategies in partnership with Sourcing teams.
  • Anticipate and address stakeholder challenges with sound judgement and timely escalation when necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to candidate status and requisition tracking across recruitment platforms.
  • Proactively manage future hiring demand and workforce planning.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment delivery, ideally within a defined market sector.
  • Strong understanding of diverse attraction techniques and sourcing methodologies (e.g. web-based sourcing, networking, database mining, advertising).
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
