Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Professional who will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective acquisition of top talent. This role includes managing team performance, leading and supporting the recruitment team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment strategies, foster a positive team environment, and continuously improve recruitment processes to meet organizational goals


Role & responsibilities


End-to-End Recruitment:


  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job requisition to on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Team Performance Management: • Set performance goals for the recruitment team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for team members. Team Management:
  • Lead and support a team of recruiters.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient team operations and adherence to best practices. Delivery Management:
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment services.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes

Candidate Experience:


Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior management.


Preferred candidate profile


Desired Candidate Must Have Minimum 7-8 Years Experience into Bulk Hiring / B2B / BPO Hiring / Technical - Non Technical Hiring / Niche Hiring / Leadership Hiring / End to End Recruitment Cycle and Operations Etc


Note - This is an Individual Contributor Role.


Male Candidates Would be Preferred With Immediate Joiner

5 Days Working

Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off

9 AM To 6 PM Shifts
