Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing and a deep understanding of internal geography hiring to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top talent across various regions while aligning hiring strategies with business needs and local nuances. Role & responsibilities Drive end-to-end sourcing efforts using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and networking events. Specialize in regional and local talent sourcing , with a deep understanding of internal geography-based hiring challenges and trends. Partner with internal stakeholders to define role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple functions. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. Track and report key sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Stay updated on talent market trends, regional dynamics, and competitor hiring activity to refine sourcing approaches. Preferred candidate profile Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10 -12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing and geography-specific hiring . Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring across regions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
