Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job application and performing phone screenings. .Assess applicants relevant knowledge,skills,soft skills, experience and aptitudes. .Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews( face-to-face, telephonic & virtual) .Follow up and Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. .Manage on-boarding and new new hire process. .Manage overall interview,hiring,selection and closing process. .Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
