Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates

. • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates

. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.

• Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professional interactions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them as appropriate Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
