Role: Talent Acquisition Executive Bulk Hiring Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Company: PBPartners (A brand by Policybazaar) Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Work Mode: Work from Office What You’ll Do: End-to-end recruitment for field sales and bulk hiring roles Manage sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding of candidates Maintain and update hiring trackers and recruitment MIS Build strong pipelines through portals, referrals, and other channels Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for closures What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in bulk hiring or field sales hiring Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets Immediate joiners preferred!
