Job Description

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with min 4-6 years of experience in end to end recruitment,

Key Responsibilities:

Must have 4+ years of experience in Non-IT hiring from sourcing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for junior to mid-level non-IT roles
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic assessments
Should be able to handle multiple hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies, schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops with speed and precision.
Liaise with vendors, agencies, or staffing partners as needed
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed and quality
Fluent communication in English, Tamil and Hindi preferred

Preferred Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in HR
4-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably from Chennai or ready to relocate to Chennai
Exposure to Bulk hiring of blue & white collars for both Full-time-Contractual
Passion for people, process, and building great candidate journeys
