Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Work closely operations and regional teams to align recruitment efforts with operational goals.
• Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
• Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees by ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This includes coordinating orientation activities, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming onboarding experience.
• Assist in the planning & execution of the organizational L&D (Learning & Development) program at PadCare.

Candidates with experience in hiring on- ground staff with a startup background will be given preference.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 1-2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
