Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive https://www.championsgroup.com/ Company : Champion Info Metrics Pvt Ltd Location : HSR Layout (Silk Board) Mode : Work from Office Shift : Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build ideal candidate profiles. Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms. Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications and culture fit. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development. Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques. Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring is a plus. Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
