Job Description

Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, databases, networking)
Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process across departments
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding process in collaboration with HR team
