Candidates with experience in hiring on- ground staff and a startup background will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Work closely operations and regional teams to align recruitment efforts with operational goals. Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies. Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees by ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This includes coordinating orientation activities, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming onboarding experience. Assist in the planning & execution of the organizational L&D (Learning & Development) program at PadCare. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of a minimum of 1-2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
