Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development
:
- Design, develop, and deploy visually compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide actionable insights for different business functions.
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and ensure that the visualizations meet the needs of end-users.
- Design and implement interactive features like filters, drill-downs, and parameters to enhance user experience.
Data Integration
:
- Work with various data sources such as SQL databases, flat files, Excel, cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery), and other third-party APIs.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to integrate data into Tableau.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize and prepare datasets for reporting purposes.
Data Modeling & Analysis
:
- Develop and manage data models within Tableau to create a single source of truth for visual reporting.
- Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights based on data patterns, trends, and metrics.
- Use calculated fields, table calculations, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions to perform advanced data analysis.
