Advanced Eng Supp Specialist

SpartaSystems is looking for Advanced Eng Supp Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Provide advanced engineering support for product development, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting across cross - functional teams. Analyze complex technical issues using root cause analysis and recommend design, process, or material changes to enhance product performance and reliability. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and operations teams to implement engineering solutions for quality improvements and cost reductions. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test results to guide corrective and preventive actions. Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering reports, and change records. Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from prototype to production phase. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to validate technical capabilities, material conformance, and production quality. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and product lifecycle management
