Job Title: SSIS (ETL) Developer Location: Kolkata / Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 5 to 7.5 Years Key Skills: MS SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, ETL Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end ETL projects using SSIS, especially in Team Lead capacity. Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into target systems. Understand and translate business requirements into effective data integration solutions. Perform ETL optimization , debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high data quality and system efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 5+ years of hands-on experience in SSIS development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in leading a team or managing ETL projects .
