Systems Server Administrator

As a Systems Server Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and managing bare metal servers, VMs, and hypervisors. Your role will include building and maintaining Azure HCI Clusters, deploying Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), and SQL Server environments, as well as managing Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and LDAP integrations. You will also be involved in setting up SSO and user identity integrations, performing backup and restore operations, OS patching, and failover configuration. Additionally, you will support application upgrades, CI/CD pipeline integration, and troubleshoot server issues while ensuring high availability and compliance across the server infrastructure. To excel in this role, you must have a strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and HCI, proficiency in managing Windows & Linux environments, and a solid understanding of AD/LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and infrastructure security. Experience with backup tools and monitoring systems will be beneficial. This is a full-time position based in Pune, requiring you to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Immediate joiners are preferred. If shortlisted, your English communication skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and availability to join will be evaluated. You should be comfortable with the work from office setup in Pune and rotational shifts based on project requirements. If you have 7+ years of experience in Server Administration for VMs, Hypervisors, and Bare metal servers, along with expertise in Active Directory, Domain Controllers, LDAP integrations, and HCI Cluster management, you are encouraged to apply.
