Job Description

Role & responsibilities

They are looking for a technically strong and self-driven professional with a blend of development, support, and leadership skills to support Oracle-to-HCM integrations.
Integration Expertise
Proven experience in
building interfaces from Oracle systems to HCM platforms
(any HCM), ensuring seamless data exchange and performance optimization.
Reporting Tools:
Hands-on experience with
BI Publisher (BIP)
for designing, developing, and maintaining reports as part of enterprise reporting needs.
Support & Development:
Must have strong exposure to both
development and L2/L3 support
, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, deploy fixes, and manage enhancements.
Leadership & Ownership:
Demonstrates leadership capability through effective
self-management
, ownership of
daily tasks
, and adherence to
SLA (Service Level Agreement)
and
SLO (Service Level Objective)
commitments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborates actively with
technical teams and project leads
to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application-level issues.
Service Improvement Initiatives :
Leads or contributes to
Service Improvement Plans (SIPs)
to enhance system stability, performance, or user satisfaction.
Vendor Management & Communication:
Establishes a
360-degree feedback mechanism
with vendor/partner teams to surface
blockers, dependencies, and risks
, ensuring alignment and timely resolution

Must have skills:

4 years Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HCM extracts, reporting tools (BIP) and system integrations
5 years experience in end-to-end application production support
2 years in a lead role working with IT or operational teams.
