System & Technology Engineer

• Maintenance of Process Manuals and Communications of processes to the users
• Incident Management for Server, Network, Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner hardware.
• Desktop applications and software applications and Packages loaded on the end point
• Escalation and Coordination with clients for incidents
• Diagnosing problems / issues and directing it to the appropriate backend teams

based Application support

• Deployment / movement of machines / physical movement of Phones and printers
• Provide support to internal IT initiatives like rollout of Applications and Tools
• Attend to out-of-date Antivirus definitions / unmanaged systems, which are identified
• Track inventory movements
• Track/maintain degaussed HDD records
• Physical verification of inventory twice a year
• Compliance to clean desk policies
• Provide capacity reports to IT management at periodic intervals
• Managing and maintaining spares
• Tracking and maintaining Hardware Inventory
• Tracking of Software Inventory which includes License Deployment
• Maintain Inventory of Desktops, Laptops
• Maintaining records of stores
• Scrapping of old printers, desktops, laptops and cartridges and other devices
• Application configuration
• Must be a good team player.
• Flexible to Rotational Shift. (Day / Night Shifts).

Basic Skills & Requirements:

Candidate should have -

• No active backlogs, with an aggregate of 70% throughout their academic records.
• Good communication is mandatory
• Knowledge on networking and servers
• Problem Identifying and Problem-solving skills.
• Logical reasoning skills
• Be based in Pune & it's surrounding areas.
• Be ready to join us in an Immediate basis.
• Candidate should have a Valid PAN Card or should have applied for it
