Role & responsibilities Generate, review, and process invoices with accuracy while ensuring compliance. Address discrepancies and resolve invoicing-related issues promptly. Maintain organized records for audits and financial reporting. Assess financial workflows and identify digitization opportunities. Research, evaluate, and implement automation solutions. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to integrate digital tools. Optimize efficiency by streamlining invoicing and reporting processes. Analyze financial operations to improve accuracy and consistency. Ensure standardized invoicing procedures across departments. Monitor key financial performance indicators and implement improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to drive financial digitization initiatives. Communicate financial insights effectively to management and teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies Eligibility Criteria Proven experience in invoicing, financial operations, and process digitization. Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial data interpretation. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (Tally preferred). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Ideally looking for 2025 passed out
