System Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a competent and proactive Systems Engineer to manage, monitor, and support the infrastructure, servers, and IT systems of our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with system administration, server management, and operating systems, along with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and performance tuning. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and related infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Monitor system performance, ensure system availability and reliability. Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Maintain system security by implementing policies, monitoring logs, and applying best practices. Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless operations and support business continuity. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or BSc IT or equivalent. Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent are mandatory. Proficient in Windows and/or Linux system environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Knowledge of system monitoring tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
